Ira Krakow ought to have a spot there. He teaches Blender over at his own site, but it seems to be having trouble. However, his youtube is http://www.youtube.com/user/irakrakow

I have more, but I'll need to sort my bookmarks for the really quality stuff, ira is good for blender.

I love this series, especially for showing people new to topology, their topology video is excellent. Very important series, thank you for reminding.

Modular game environment advice:
http://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/2 ... _fast_.php

More modular advice, this time focused on UnrealED, but the same principals apply for other engines:
http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/WorkflowAndModularity.html

Topic on Polycount about making rocks and cliffs. Some of the cliffs advice is really good.
